Due to a very busy schedule, I’m guilty that I sometimes fail to take care of myself. My regular doctor’s check up and other things that I should regularly are just often skipped. Anyway, just this morning I felt headaches and dizziness that is no longer tolerable. I had to see an ophthalmologist because I was suspecting that it has something to do with my eyes. I don’t want this to become worse and undergo a Lasik Surgery just to fix my eyes.

Anyway, so I went to see the doctor and she carefully examined my eyes. According her, I have a mild astigmatism that causes the headaches. She said that this eye defect is on its first stages and that there’s nothing to worry about it. It can be fixed by simple wearing eyeglasses or contact lenses. Well, I’m not comfortable with having contact lenses so I settled for a pair of eyeglasses. I went home with a much clearer vision and ready to rock some work again. Lesson is learned and I promised to take care of myself because my health is my greatest asset.
